As President and Chief Executive Officer of Habitat For Humanity Smith County, Jack Wilson offers 40 years of experience in architecture, construction and business management. With construction and architectural degrees, Jack was the Founder and CEO of a 24-year old multiple office architectural and interior design firm, and he is licensed to practice in 14 states.Jack started with Habitat in 2002 as a construction volunteer in Sarasota, Florida. Following his passion, he phased out and then closed the business to dedicate his life to the Habitat mission. Jack quickly became a Construction Crew Leader, member of the Construction Committee, Construction Liaison to the Board of Directors, and Sarasota's first COO before accepting this position in Tyler, Texas, in January 2008. He is a 30+ year member of the Unitarian Universalist Church.
