Habitat for Humanity of Smith County is experiencing a "Land Crisis".   We have completed construction in two neighborhoos we have built and we have only 1 neighborhood left. HFHSC likes to give partner families the option of two different neighborhoods in which to build their homes.  If you can help, we'd like to talk to you!

HFHSC purchases land at fair appraisal value.  We do not purchase property in the floodplain and we do not mediate heirship issues.  We are currently seeking in-fill lots and large tracts of land to create our next sub-division.  If you know of such property or would like to speak to us about the sale or donation of your property, please select the e-mail contact button below and tell us how to best reach you.  Thank you for making Affordable Housing a priority for all Tylerites!
