How can we help ReHabitat?
The program is funded by the federal, state and local grants; but there will always be an ongoing need for additional funding. The need to help low-income individuals maintain their homes will always be present and the community can help fill the funding gaps by giving tax-deductible donations to Habitat for Humanity of Smith County/ReHabitat.
Many of our local organizations, such as Mission Tyler and the UM Army, have collaborated with ReHabitat to complete several homes by painting the homes, building wheelchair ramps and with general construction.
Your help will allow us to continue the home repair and renovation program into the future and for it to become a continuing program of Habitat for Humanity of Smith County.
