Groups

Thank you so much for your interest in sending a group out to participate with Habitat for Humanity of Smith County.  Group volunteers are welcome to assist with our construction department, the ReStore, DE-construction (when available) and various special projects.

Both individual and group volunteers are scheduled on a first come-first serve basis.  Our Saturday construction workdays frequently get booked months in advance at certain times of the year, so please be flexible with your availability. Construction offers group volunteer opportunities Wednesday through Saturday and request that all participants commit a full day to volunteering with us. WE CANNOT ACCEPT GROUPS LARGER THAN 20 VOLUNTEERS PER DAY.

Construction volunteers must go through an orientation.  This can either be completed on-line or we would be happy to send an HFHSC representative to your office.
